It happened in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Apparently, a small riot broke out, in which, the personal vehicle of the Police officer was set on fire. Raged by seeing his valued toy on fire he killed the people himself, while other officers witnessed his insanity. The other officers did'nt stop him coz he was their fuckin senior... Hierarchy in the police department works for doz Maader-chodz(mother fuckers). U.P. police department is really fucked up with such assholes n ofcourse corruption! Everybody thinks he's the ruler there... Still Indians r proud to be Indians but not humans !
