Re: Police Executing Unarmed Daniel Shaver

Metal Mike you still fail to see the seriousness of the situation. It doesn't matter if he was a scared little bitch boy crawling on his knees defenseless because the police officer didn't know that. There was no way to know that the kid didn't have a gun tucked into his pants which he kept reaching for. Sure it may have just been an itch but you have to be one weak shit on your finger sniffing bitch to disobey simple instructions from a police officer with a rifle pointed at you. Like I said before there have been way more cops murdered buy people in cold blood than you care to think about and it always happens quickly by someone putting their hands where you cant see. The cop just did his job followed protocols end of story the family will not get any money for having a stupid son.

Re: Police Executing Unarmed Daniel Shaver

It's been a long time since I posted anything and I don't remember how to make a video show up so I sure hope it does. I find this disturbing. That poor kid.

The story behind it is that the boy was hired to kill pigeons over at Walmart. He brought a pellet gun to do the job. Someone outside the hotel room where he was staying at saw him in the window holding that pellet gun.

I don't know who the girl was with him it could have been his mother or it might have been a friend. But you will see what the police do.

That kid was terrified and he didn't need to die. All the police had to do while he was on the ground his go get on his back and handcuff him.

There were plenty of police there. It doesn't make sense.

Re: Police Executing Unarmed Daniel Shaver

Look without a doubt, this is completely fucked up and usually i can relate to police response pending the circumstances. this is a very unfortunate scenario as we can see that the young man is doing every thing in his power to comply with the cops instructions. we can also hear the emotion in his voice as he is clearly terrified. these factors should have been taken into consideration by the cop. even when the pair left the room their body language was composed and relaxed and the young man was the first to comply with the officers instructions. Normally that should have gone as according to plan but from my professional evaluation of this scenario may surprise some of you if we take into account all possibilities that this officer must anticipate regardless of training. Which may i say still does not excuse the unfortunate event but simply quantifies the magnitude of variables American police are now faced with that makes these situations so complex. We have all seen thousands of horrific clips on this site, mothers shooting their own sons at firing ranges, kids shooting each other in schools and so on and what appears to be normal every day citizens pulling AK47s from the front seat of the car and spraying the police with a a magazine of high velocity rounds. Who really knows what any one is fucking capable of these days in america so can we blame the police accusing them of sinister actions or is this a response, cultivated by a very thin line of indifference within an American democracy that is actually generating these outcomes. and if we were to consider all the variables and break it down. 1 - Offers respond to yet another possible mass shooting. 2 - the amount of illicit and pharmaceutical drugs effecting and altering a huge percentage of American citizens ideology and predictable behavioural patterns - 3 cops high blood pressure, nervous tension under stress affecting judgements - 4 the radio call confirming that the rest of the area is secure raising officers suspicion - 5 the high amount of personal fire arms on the streets and in the hands of criminals which law enforcement have to deal with, only magnifying tension and nervous trigger fingers. All of these equations now combined the most noticeable action in this horrific and unfortunate scenario, as the young man reaches back to pull up his elastic supported shorts which were clearly too big for him. Mix it all together and you have a recipe for disaster not a sinister response!

His waistband wasn't even tight enough to keep his pants up as he crawled. How in the fuck was it going to hold a gun that would be small enough to have been so concealed?

You can also CLEARLY see Shaver's empty hand come back up, slowly, for roughly 1.5 seconds *prior* to Brailsford opening fire. That hand was all that Brailsford was focused on at that moment, and 1.5 seconds at that range was *more* than enough time for him to exercise trigger discipline.

Are cops nowadays so stupid and brainwashed that they assume that every suspect they encounter has Oscar-winning acting chops? Give me a fuckin' break.

Another thing you'll notice: THE OFFICERS NEVER ONCE IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES AS POLICE ONCE CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE SUSPECTS. They had identified themselves prior to the suspects exiting the room, but the suspects hadn't heard them yelling from down the hall through the closed door to their room.

Oh, and let's not overlook the fact that for EVERY single second that Langley wasted running his mouth with shit like "Apparently we have a failure to comprehend simple orders" and "I am not here to be cordial or tactful with you" instead of getting his officers on top of the suspects and clearing the corner by the door, he was putting himself and the other 5 officers there at risk should a third possibly-armed suspect had still been in that room. Those aren't the actions of an officer that's perceiving a legitimate threat; they're the actions of a gung-ho shitbag who was pissed that he wasn't immediately regarded by the suspects as God and who spends too much time beating his little babydick to Quentin Tarantino films.

Give. Me. A Fuckin'. Break.

This was a procedural fuck-up from start to finish. Little Bitch Brailsford may have been able to worm out of a murder conviction after his dickless power-tripping SIC skipped the country, but the fuck-up is still on Mesa PD. Shaver's family -- as in, his WIFE AND KIDS, *NOT* his parents -- will win that suit because this is the very definition of a wrongful death.

They had 6 cops in that hallway and 1 of the 2 suspects already in custody. They could have bounded up and closed with and cuffed Shaver within seconds of him going prone and still had all of their angles covered. You *NEVER* order a potential threat to move closer to you while facing you. Never.

USDOJ has also opened an investigation. This isn't Alton Sterling or Philando Castile or even Michael Brown, and these cops didn't get lucky by gunning down a combative/resistant/wilfully non-compliant/armed suspect who also happened to have an extensive criminal record. Shaver was unarmed, a clean family man, and doing his very best to comply in full despite Langley doing everything he could to escalate tension and confuse him by putting him into a CLEARLY terrified state and then playing a gunpoint version of Simon fuckin' Says.

Stop making excuses for these stupid tacticool-wannabe pussies. Bravery and reaction time are part of the job. If they can't hack that, then they have no ground letting the public regard them as "heroes." Whenever citizens are expected to remain calm and cool when being held at close gunpoint and subjected to word-for-word DEATH THREATS -- as Shaver inarguably was -- while armored and heavily-armed officers can hide behind the bullshit mantra of I Feared For My Life to get away with murder, there's a SERIOUS problem.

And like I said, that's not just me talking. Cops with 20+ years experience have informed most of my points above, and I certainly consider their take on it to be a good deal more than just arm-chair quarterbacking.

Re: Police Executing Unarmed Daniel Shaver

Cops are well use to having these cameras on their person, they know exactly what to do and say to make it sound like a justified kill.Anybody else notice when they all turn up, on a cop shooting someone, how quiet they all go, not shock..they know they are being recorded, this fucktard could not care less, he was living out his little fantasy, since the day he engraved that rifle

Re: Police Executing Unarmed Daniel Shaver

Judging by his voice and nothing else, it sounds like he was itching to pull his trigger.

He wanted him to fuck up on any one of his many confusing vocal directions.

For example, he said "if you think you're gonna fall, you better land on your face and put your hands in the small of your back."

It looks to me that that is what happened. He started to struggle while crawling and instinctively went to put his arms behind his back, as instructed; which gave this fucking dipshit reason to fire his extension of a very small penis.

It's exactly what this perverted version of a cop wanted to happen.
