He served for more than 15 years in the police force, had an excellent resume and his last years of life was dedicated to be in command of the Special Operations Group (GOES) where he obtained recognized results against crime organized in the city of Medellín.

Men of violence: someone who is capable of responding to violence in kind but not actively seeking it, such as police officers, soldiers, bodyguards, and such.

Violent men: someone who enjoys violence and is actively seeking it.

Men of action is too broad of a term to describe anyone because when you boil down to it- anyone who commits any kind of an act is.

Also, if that quick-act of emotions and feelings is bad enough, it will define you and your life- every single time.
