Those military police are a bunch of killers. They have their own death squads and often work for or against the mob in big cities. In small shit towns they control everything. Who lives and dies. Brazil like other Latin American countries, the military take roles that should only be handled by civil police. Brazil truly sucks, Colombia and the DR is just about the same. Mexico is pulling from the deep shit their in but the shit is so thick, it would take at least 100 years to see any changes. In 1979 I saw a mp killing a ratero in plain site.
