Actually MP in Brazil are far from being the good guys, their training is dehumanizing, they are sent to the streets to abuse people, just check the BOPE (Special Police Operations Batallion) logo, it is a skull with a knife stuck on top and two 17 century pistols crossed behind it. Not a PC way to promote a police team.
They work as death squadrons who have a history of revenge against criminals, they execute them instead of turning them to the authorities, they are not fulfilling their policing duties.

Yeah but BOPE is sent to hunt the same guys that have all kinds of videos up on this site. From torturing women and mutilating men. Yeah PC police is just what’s needed. there’s always going to be a need for the stick. And the gangster community in Brazil does not communicate or try make amends. Sometimes lead poisoning is the only antidote
