I'm guessing this guy really pissed someone off. He was murdered by the dogs as pay back. The dogs are not fully doing this to eat, but at the commands of the master.

I don't think they are eating him I think they are trying to drag him to make him get up, that main PB isn't in an eating frenzy, he looks quiet calm

He looks like the one guy in the other video who was handcuffed to the chainlink fence and set on fire. He was making the same noises at the end of that clip.

I just love it how the camera man is laughing and they are joking about the dog eating his nuts off. Looks like his face is gone already. Once again some carnage south of our southern border.

Yeah,pretty clear at least one dog wasn't trying to eat him like a snausage,although the head bites were kind of iffy. The one at his leg was more than likely gnawing at his leg like a rawhide.
