This doesn't look like an attack. Both dogs keep looking at the camera man for a reason. Not only that but if these dogs were attacking, they would be going for more than clothing and would be tearing the sh!t out of the man. If I had to guess, I would say the guy was probably drunk, injured and the dogs were trying to get him to move. A dog attack is much more gruesome than this. If it were an attack, why would someone just sit there and film. AND.. these aren't purebred Pit's. Another great example of bad media on the breed.

I've seen this before. The guy was trying to rob a home and was attacked by the guard dogs. The dogs aren't trying to eat him, nor are they trying to help him. Most guard dogs are trained to attack until the person is down and not moving, then latch and wait for further command. I believe the dog looks confused because he hasn't been given the command to release but the guy is clearly immobilized.
