A young gang member is shot and killed in the "las casitas" neighbourhood, Guatire, Venezuela. His dismembered body parts were left as a warning to his fellow gang members.

well, it say the boy was shooted in the head and then ripped off to advert his gang the same will happen to them , they just found 1 leg and 1 arm , this happened in "las casitas" neibourhood ,Guatire, Venezuela.
