Dear o dear. He got fucked by the same huge piece of concrete not once, but twice. So, the initial impact of hitting the floor was bad, closely followed by the concrete (sideways too..  ) and then the concrete decides it didn't like the way was positioned, and lies down on him. |

They also haven't discovered the idea of EMS Trauma Care! No trauma assessment, no C-Spine precautions, no backboard, no C-Collar, no IV, no splints or traction devices for fractures! NOTHING! That vehicle has no right to have "AMBULANCE" written on it. Instead, it should read, "MEAT WAGON"  |
