Thank you!! Someone with real common sense here!! That’s how I saw it as well he went after her because the barbs from her taser gun were in his body not because he thought “well who’s the weakest link oh te woman Im attacking her”

That's the way it used to be. Twenty years ago, this idiot would have been shot as soon as he started moving towards the female officer. Sadly, police are afraid to actually do their job these days, because the local government hangs them out to dry, and makes the cop the bad guy. As a side note, as part of the investigation into this shooting, COPA also released a phone call by a "concerned citizen" who video taped a large portion of this incident, and proceeded to call 911 where he told the call taker that police had shot a guy for absolutely "no reason." the more i watch this channel on youtube the more i come to the conclusion that the tasers need far more juice. they almost never stop the attackers
