But it's a bad theory because entropy can not be realistically untangled to create order, and also due to selective reversibility i.e. you can stir two liquids together but can not unstir them apart. Even if you could reverse the mechanical movements that mixed the liquids, the stirring motion would in both cases warm the liquids by friction. To truly reverse the procedure and its consequential effects then unstirring would ideally remove heat from the liquid via unfriction, which is obviously impossible. |
