Re: Photographer Dies After Falling off a Motorcycle & Under a Trucks Wheels
What kind of a heartless animal are you? The poor guy had what should have only been a mild stuff up, but due to his surroundings it turned bad. RIP |

Re: Photographer Dies After Falling off a Motorcycle & Under a Trucks Wheels
Everyone feels sorry for the guy. Why? I race motorcycles as a hobby, and we go through some training and riding classes every year. Every accident a rider suffers is his/her fault. Period. He did even anticipate that traffic would stop suddenly, during a rain laden traffic jam. He was too close to the other vehicles, tried to pass like a boss, when the car in front of him, which was not going fast at all, stopped suddenly. The roads were slick! And I know from personal experience that trucks are not to be played with. I steer clear of them as much as possible. That was totally avoidable, and I have no pity for his lack of concern for his own life. |

Re: Photographer Dies After Falling off a Motorcycle & Under a Trucks Wheels
I can't speak for everyone but I feel bad for the guy because a small mistake or piss poor judgment shouldn't cost someone him, his life. I feel bad for the driver of the car and truck, too, they have to live with seeing that. Random rant, I can't stand it when crotch-rockets fly narrowly by me on the highway if I hit "you". "You" will die and I have to live with that shit....Pisses me off to no end! |

Re: Photographer Dies After Falling off a Motorcycle & Under a Trucks Wheels
I remember what my drivers ed teacher tought me 13 years ago. He said if you are following several cars, start slowing down and pressing the brakes not when you see the guy in front of u stopping, but when u can see the brake lights flashing of vehicles way in front of you. I cannot say how many times I have seen accidents that could have been avoided by following this simple rule. Pass it on.
