Hanging really doesn’t seem like a good way to go. They always seem to change their mind halfway through, grabbing at the rope etc.

My twin sister hung herself from the end of a prison bunk and although I’ve come to terms of what happened, I do still question myself how it’s even possible to die this way as she would have had contact with the floor at all times.

When I went to see her before she was prepared for cremation she had an indentation below her chin which is where I assume was the knot for the noose

So many unanswered questions...

My bf did the same in jail. He was in an area with 20 other people so I don't know how no one noticed. I drove myself crazy with questions.

A couple years later I got in a fight with my sister in law and got sent to the same jail. I told the officer that I didn't think I could handle being there. He told me to tell the intake officers but they were laughing and joking the whole time. I got to see the women's ward which was exactly the same as the men's. Same bunks. Same sheets. Oh man, seeing those sheets and how thin they were. My bf was 6-4 and definitely could have stood up. I thought I'd kill myself there, but there were too many people around.

Ten years later, I still have nightmares about it. I hope you're ok and not researching things like crazy. I did and it doesn't help. Hugs. Oh, i haven't spoken to my brother since then. That was the ultimate betrayal. He lied about my starting the fight did his wife wouldn't go to jail. He knew what happened there and what it meant to me.

Lots of incidents of abuse of the help at the hands of saudis reported, since forever. But maybe here the reasons for her distress are unrelated. I am sorry you felt this was the only solution. Very sad.
