Re: Philippines - Man Shot + Robbed Whilst Riding His Moped
Does anybody else think this robbery wasn't totally random? I could be wrong but the robbers knew to take his bag right away (thinking it had lots of cash.)

They probably saw him withdrawing the cash from the bank.

Re: Philippines - Man Shot + Robbed Whilst Riding His Moped
Sub title in the Vid says Robbers were not after the Nmax Motorcycle (Which is one of the high end ones over here these days). Robbers were only after the money in his bag. That area is notorious for that kind of robbery. Even when we used to ride, we avoid that area if there's just 3 or 4 of us in convoy. One minute you are happily coasting, next minute, you get a bike in front, beside and in your tail. mostly used method is hitting the driver behind the head with solid rods, steel pipes or Chinese made stun devices. Motorcycle engines were used as fiberglass boat engines and custom made water boat imitation of jet skis. |
