All (or most)of the residents there are rebels and civilians (or MILF\BIFF). They just switch sides or (uniform) depending on the situation. Philippine Government wake up.. please! can't you still not understand their strategy? .. ??

If the $6Million bounty given by FBI on the head of Marwan is the real cause why they did not coordinate with other agencies, then it is really a shame that they were brutally killed.
