Philadelphia Cyclist Run Over by Dump Truck
Law enforcement officials in Philadelphia are investigating after a man on a bicycle was struck and killed by a dump truck on Thursday morning. The incident happened at around 8.15am when a 50-year-old man riding a bicycle was struck by a white Mack dump truck. The bike rider became lodged under the dump truck, and was pronounced dead at the scene at around 8.27am. An investigation into this incident is ongoing, officials said. |

Struck a truck and rolled.  Yes, there are times when bicyclists think they own the road, yell at oncoming cars always thinking they always have the “Right of way”…  I guess not in Philadelphia especially when riding into the blind spot of a bigass Mac Truck.
