The pharmacist was charged with first degree murder because he walked back inside and shot the son of a bitch. To be honest, I'd have probably done the same thing. this happened down the street from my house... the pharmacist was charged with murder not because of the first shot, because he came back a second time and shot the kid TWICE while he was down and STILL ALIVE, also when the pharmacist chased the other kid out he shot @ the kid running down the street, that street had lots of lil kids playing outside, they couldve been shot, by the way his charge is still in court even though this is a year old now, and the kid who was shot was forced by some drug dealers to do this but luckily the guys who forced him to do that were arrested and put in jail...

6 times may be harsh, but if you go in there wielding a firearm  what the fuck do you expect? oh, and being "forced" by drug dealers shouldnt be used as an excuse (the news made it sound that way), but rather to underline the kids stupidity

The unarmed robber was found to be unarmed after the investigation. The pharmicist may have feared for his life during the robbery?, not after an investigation. Idiot DA/Prosecutor might as well hand a not guilty plea to the judge/jury.

100% justifiable homocide. Those punks were attempting armed robbery with a firearm, you have the legal right to defend yourself using deadly force. The store pharmacist's adrenaline and bad judgement led to the kid getting 5 more in the gut,,,well,,,,lifes a bitch when armed robbery doesn't succeed.   |

The actual killing was fine (even though he was unarmed, he was still there to commit the robbery) but the five extra rounds were just completely unnecessary.

Yeah that is true BUT the guy wen't back to get a second gun, why???? That's just too shady for my liking and I too would have problems leaving a guy on the street like him had I been the det. The main objective is the public's safety and the owner seems to be semi-criminal himself with that type of behavior. If you were gonna shoot some more you should of emptied the clip on the spot. Serves the robber right though |
