i agree that the kid got what was coming to him.. BUT - i don't agree with shooting him multiple times after he obviously was on the ground not able to move, let alone harm anyone else. the fact that he shot him, called the police, THEN goes back to shoot him more is just too excessive. if someone threatens you, your family or your property you have a right to remove the threat. he shot him to the ground = ??? eliminated the problem. i know some people make poor choices in circumstances like that, but, i still think it was a little overboard. he'll go to court for it but i doubt he'll do any time. but i think that's fair at least .  |

Yeah that's the law in many states I don't know which ones have it and which don't. But lets say you and your friend go and try to rob some one with a gun but your friend ends up getting killed from the person you are robing. You get charged with murder.
