A mother, 26-year-old Greyce Z.M., was shot to death while on her way to a corner store. According to preliminary information, she was walking with a 14-year-old girl when she was gunned down by a hooded man.

Security cameras showed that the attacker followed Greyce and shot her in the back, then finished her off seconds later. The criminal fled the scene and got into a vehicle that was waiting for him a few meters away.

Doña Patricia, the victim’s mother, said that her daughter leaves behind two orphaned children. She also said she was unaware of any threats and did not know why anyone would want to attack her daughter. However, she mentioned her daughter’s ex-partner, who is reportedly incarcerated in prison, as someone who could be connected.
