Peruvian Woman Found Dismembered in Suitcase
Comas, Lima province The dismembered remains of 26-year-old Sheyla M.C.T. were found in a suitcase in the bedroom of an apartment, four days after she was reported missing. The apartment was owned by a police officer, Darwin M.C.A., against whom a preliminary arrest warrant was issued. However, Darwin's current whereabouts are unknown. On November 13th, whilst attending a family funeral, Sheyla received a phone call. She told relatives that she had to leave the funeral to attend to an urgent matter. After not hearing from her afterwards, relatives accessed her WhatsApp chats, which revealed she had agreed to meet at the apartment with Darwin. Security camera footage caught Sheyla and Darwin entering the condominium. Relatives said that Sheyla had only recently met Darwin on social media, and that they were just getting to know each other. In January 2023, Darwin was arrested for his participation in a gang rape in the same condominium where Sheyla's body was found. At least three women had fled the scene, but for unclear reasons, the case did not progress - planned hearings in July and August 2023 were cancelled, and Darwin remained a free man and retained his job. Six men who recently rented the apartment for a party have been arrested, to determine whether they had any connection with Sheyla's death. Darwin, however, remains a fugitive. Video of the scene: |

Re: Peruvian Woman Found Dismembered in Suitcase
The body of Sheyla Cóndor Torres was found dismembered in a suitcase at the D. M. C.A. police department, who was a fugitive. Condori Antezana has a record of a rape case that occurred in January 2023, when, along with two other people, according to the tax investigation, he participated in a group rape against three women aged 19, 21 and 28. The victims, who were allegedly drugged to facilitate the abuse, were attacked within the same apartment in the Las Praderas condominium. This case is still in a preparatory investigation court. The six detainees, five men and one woman, would have rented rooms in the police department suspected of alleged femicide. His possible involvement in the crime is being investigated. The remains of H.M. C. T. were extracted from the suitcase with which they tried to hide the crime and transferred to the Lima Morgue. When the police opened the black package, they realized that there were internal remains, but they only presumed what it was. When they continued searching, they found a black suitcase under the bed. Upon opening it, Elsa collapses at the sight of her daughter... and starts to scream. That's when all the neighbors wake up and find out what happened. Elsa was the one who looked for her daughter from the beginning. She was the one who investigated. And after exerting a lot of pressure she managed to find her, herself, but it was too late. "They didn't listen to me. Maybe we would have gone that day. I already knew where my daughter was. God only knows if I would have found her alive," Elsa told the media. There she also learned that Darwin Condori Antezana, the main suspect, is a non-commissioned officer of the police, whom she initially denounced, an institution that initially rejected her complaint because "these things happen and Sheyla will be back". Darwin Marx Condori Antenaza is a non-commissioned officer who belonged to the Terna Group and was currently a member of the Green Squadron. He has a complaint for group V1o/la/ci/'0n, precisely in that same department in January of last year. The family already arrived in Lima from Tarma, because that is where Sheyla comes from, she is from Acobamba, a district in Tarma, in the Junin region. Sheyla worked in her aunt and uncle's restaurant as a cashier. She studied executive secretarial work and was already preparing to study accounting, because that was her dream, to be an accountant. The latest information is that it has not been confirmed that Sheyla has been murdered. |
