The lack of security in Lima continues to be an unresolved problem. Recently, an 18-year-old boy named M. A. H. S. was the victim of a deadly shooting in the Río Moche jirón, near the whereabouts 11 of Canto Grande Avenue, in the San Juan de Lurigancho district .

While the victim was in conversation with local motorcycle taxi drivers, two individuals suddenly appeared. These strangers approached the young man and, without saying a word, shot him coldly and mercilessly at point blank range.

Despite the fact that M. A. H. S. still had vital signs, he was urgently transferred to the Hospital. Unfortunately, his life was extinguished in a matter of minutes.

In addition, during the shooting, another person was injured, identified as P. M. L, 68, although fortunately his health is not in danger.

The National Police agents arrived at the site and established a security perimeter around the crime scene to facilitate the work of criminal experts. The case is being investigated as a possible settling of scores derived from confrontations between rival gangs or as a possible case of extortion.

Victim had a police record:
The victim had a history of drug trafficking, aggravated robbery and rape, all the records are from the year 2022.

In May of this year he was arrested along with two subjects when he was armed in a motorcycle taxi in San Juan de Lurigancho.
