Unless they can afford to hire an outside cleaning company that charges up the ass to clean biological hazards, it'll be some poor fucker earning minimum wage who'll be responsible for cleaning up the bits of bone and flesh. Law enforcement does NOT clean crime scenes after their investigations, contrary to popular belief  .
