This is the Chinese version of Brazil's "two men on a bike" hit squad, Chinese version is called "one man in cal with hammel". They can't get guns in China, so they use vehicles and hammers instead.


It was definitely a targeted hit or road rage type incident. The 'hero' lady might be related to the victims, otherwise she was unwise.
