The whole video is just confusing, one second we're cutting off little bits of flesh from a massive, bloodless wound. Then the next second we're back outside and there are lots of bodies, then they are covered in vultures. It's like some kind of drug fueled nightmare.   |

i think the guy was uncouncious among the dead ones , so vultures typically start to eat from the anus zone.
