This is an older model 938 loader. The brakes are hydraulic , the parking brake is an electrical switch . The buzzing from inside the cab is showing a fault/error. It’s in reverse also. You can’t put these in gear like a manual vehicle. It’s all electric and hydraulic. Probably not a well kempt machine, but more than likely, operator error.
