Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
That's interesting. I did not notice that before but looking closely at it again, it looks like you might be right about that. At around -2:24 or so, she looks like she is reaching into her coat pocket. Then about -2:22, you hear a "pop" and a small puff of smoke come out in front of her. This is the first shot fired. Then after several shots from either her or Jeffrey, you see her holding up her hand that she used to reach into her coat pocket and it looks like she is holding up a gun. Doesn't change what happened in the end of course, but if you are correct, then it is funny how this was never mentioned in any of the media outlets. |

I like how James Goy goes from bully badass to crying bitch the instant he gets shot. "Waaaaa! Call the cops! Call the cops! Waaaa!"

Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
It wasn't mentioned in the media because you're misreading the scene. She's holding a cell phone and photographing him. She does not have a firearm. There is a slight synching variance in the audio and the video in the clip, but the murderer was the only one armed at the scene. As she is holding the phone up, right as the shooting starts, you can clearly hear her say "I've got you on video!" She was attempting to document evidence of her psychotic neighbor threatening her with a firearm for dumping snow on his drive. Unfortunately, that's a pretty stupid move when dealing with a psychotic killer holding a gun on you. She shoulda fled or pled. |

Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
Smart phones have unleashed a new class of people who goad others until they respond, then pull out a rolling cell phone to "collect the evidence." That is just another antisocial behavior. These bully types train to do shit like that. I have had two drivers try to pull that on me, and I just ride away so they can photograph my ass. |

Snow Etiquette 101 For Hot Climate Folk: It is generally fine to throw snow in neighbor's yard but not on their sidewalk or driveway. Uncleared sidewalk is non-neighborly and brings city fines. The video shows shovel marks and mounds of snow on the shooter's |
