Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
Look, I am born and bred in Northern Territory of the Midwest. All the jokes I’ve read on this thread, aside. No one ever deserves to lose their life this way. We have really fucking forgotten ourselves. There may be a barrier due to surveillance capture but please, try harder. You’re better than this.

Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
Clearly we are not. There are at least a half dozen sociopaths in this thread alone who believe that this murderous asshole was justified in his actions because they were yelling at him. How the fuck do you fix that? And because it's America, these idiots are allowed to own dozens of firearms. And they believe that they would be justified using them because someone verbally taunted them. How the fuck do you fix that? The fucking halfwits -literally- believe that the 2nd Amendment allows them to own an arsenal while at the same time stating in a public forum that using firearms to settle verbal disputes is justified. Tell me again how you fix this? Tell me again that 'we are better than this.' |

Which means that very likely anyone who 'pushed' him was going to get their fucking face shot off. Which was my fucking point! What the hell are you arguing about? |

Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
i grew up in canada and a place in the states where it snows all winter long. its not that youre thinking "i hate my neighbor...i'm gonna dump my snow in his yard!!! rawr!!" you share a common property line and naturally you push the snow from the middle, to the edges so yeah....snow will get piled up if your driveways abut. thus, if youre a dick you'll push it all off your driveway and onto your neighbors. if you and your neighbor are cool you'll get an extra workout and move the snow into your front yard instead. moving it to the end of your driveway doesnt work either. |

Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
bruh....i'm convinced if there were no HOAs everyone would be happy, loving neighbors. we've rented our entire marriage (lovely life of being a student) and then finally bought a house four years ago. its a newly constructed neighborhood on the outskirts of a big city, so naturally like all the other areas around here it has an HOA and if i forget to close the blinds my neighbors might see me butt-ass nekkid since our houses are essentially right on top of eachother. having never actually been in an HOA and paying dues, attending meetings, etc. we figured "how bad could it be?" i now see the error in our thinking. we take care of our house and our yard, my wife loves to garden but one time we had a single dandelion and got a letter in the mail from the HOA we are done with this chapter in life and i couldnt be happier to be putting our house on the market in a few months and moving for (hopefully) the last time. we're heading to a rural-ish town and our lot we're building on is just over 5 acres |

I regret making comments that they got what they deserved. I get into stupid altercations like this fairly often when I should’ve just walked away. This video has made me much more cautious the past few days. Be nice. |
