That's what I would've thought too. How could he not hear that car? My only guess is that maybe he had earphones in and couldn't hear it.

While she prob had the right of way (not familiar with their street laws) as a pedestrian, I'm fairly certain I would have heard that PoS straining to hit 70 and wouldnt have attempted crossing. Even if it was daylight conditions. But that's me  |
