Apparently he was a patient in the hospital with a ruptured disc in his neck. His doctor wrote an order for cervical traction |

United Healthcare has "Outside Patient Monitors" who watch for patients who have NOT been cured by the $2.54 worth of healthcare that United has authorized. They have YET to get any complaints, so I guess they are doing OK!  |
