A 19-year-old Serbian tourist, Tijana R., died when, whilst parasailing, she took off her seatbelt and harness, before falling fifty metres into the sea below. She was transported by boat to the city marina, where she was pronounced dead.

Friends completely rejected the theory that she may have committed suicide. "We think either she got scared because she saw something was wrong with the equipment, or she wanted to jump because she was an adrenaline junkie. Maybe she wasn’t aware of the height," claimed one friend.

She clearly wasn't aware of her massive height. I'm guessing it didn't look like that far of a jump from her perspective. What a way to go. Hope it was instant death at least.

What a moron. Personally, I think she misjudged the height and thought it would be a cool story to jump from that height infront of her friends. No consideration for the people she rented the equipment from.

I can't accept it being a panic thing because she'd be doing the opposite and holding on for dear life.
