Paraguayan Man Dies After Falling From Bridge's Solar Panel
Asunción, Paraguay A 26-year-old man, Fredy B., died after falling from a solar panel on the Heroes of Chaco Bridge. It is thought that Fredy might have been attempting to pose for a photo - it appears he had previously posed on the solar panel in photos posted on social media. Others said it was for a TikTok challenge, whilst others claimed it was suicide. According to police information, the case was filed as an alleged suicide attempt. It is also believed the man was under the influence of drugs. |

Paraguay’s Minister of Health, María Teresa Barán, cited an estimate of around 90,000 people with addiction issues in Asunción and the Central Department alone, meaning we can expect more of these kind of videos.  |
