He has a history with law enforcement for prior firearms issues, and was affiliated with one of Panama's more notorious money launderer /offshore investment guys. He is unlikely to buy his way out of this one.

Justified. Stop blocking roads for the average person. These “protesters” don’t seem to realize that some people traveling may be facing life and death issues of their own. The right to protest ends where another person’s rights begin.
