Wrong, it is an AMD. If you look it only has the single wire stock (rather than the skeleton stock) and if you see his front hand it is in a vertical position. So with those things it's either a Romanian AIMS or an AMD-65, and judging by the really poor image of the muzzle I'm going to say an AMD
