The execution was carried out by the Fateh group of Palestine. The man being executed is a Hamas militant. Fateh wears very similar clothes/uniforms to the Israeli's, and lots of Palestinians look like Israeli's. The reason I'm sure it was not an Israeli performing the execution is because Israel never allows filming/cameras when they are around. Also, the propaganda writing is in Arabic and Israeli's speak and write Hebrew.

Definitely not Israelis performing the execution. It's usually an underdog that needs to promote their atrocitys, as they have no real way of investigating spies and criminals like an established government. He was more than likely an innocent scapegoat used to intimidate potential traitors. Israel would've swooped him up in the night and tortured him in private, while denying they even had him. Propaganda videos like this are a sign of desperation amongst the otherwise powerless.
