sapphire glass used in the camera’s lens can cause the purple haze just like with Iphone 5 in the past or by light overloading the imaging sensor in case anyone was wondering.

Looks to me like he stepped onto a wire with his right foot to press it to the ground so he could pass over it. Perhaps his flip flop did not insulate as much as he expected.
