What kind of round/gun makes sparks like that?
Super low quality ammo, poorly maintained firearm, firearm shooting a round that the barrel length cannot properly burn all of the powder.

It's Pakistan, probably all 3.

im not saying its specifically that gun in the image. but thats an example of a "desi katta". (that uses slugs unlike the one in the video)
