Didn’t look like a seizure. Could have been almost anything acute. Heart attack, stroke, arrhythmia, acute rupture of the ascending aorta, acute rupture of the aortic arch, acute rupture of the descending aorta, acute rupture of the thoracic aorta, acute rupture of the abdominal aorta (the aorta does tend to rupture, don’t she?), or acute pulmonary embolism.

Well, I'd like to run some tests first...but you could say "driver passed out" and that would cover a host of symptoms. My guess is heart attack or stroke. He blacked out like not getting oxygen to the brain. a Seizure would have left him convulsing.
