The dogs didn’t go after the other guy who came along and he also threw rocks at them so they would get off the victim, however he didn’t throw as many. Makes me believe that maybe, just maybe, he saw them, got scared and started throwing rocks to back them off. They saw him as a threat and attacked. I don’t know what happened with victim after that though.
