Why did the driver stop? It was barely a bump, and there didn't appear to be any witnesses that could swear to the contact. Probably no damage to the car either. Just keep going on your way and act like you never noticed what happened. At least that is what I would expect in such a situation.

Ahhhh im sure the bike can be fixed, parts are easy to come by, a spine and inside aren't so easy!
