There's a school shooting every 2 days in the US and a child dies every 3 days to a school shooting on average. Way more injured/scarred for life.

There are more guns in America than people.

Drive around for a few years and you're likely to meet at least one maniac wielding a gun raging on the road.

Heck I spent 4 years in Atlanta and was robbed at gunpoint once, and involved in an isolated mall shooting once.
