One Killed when Two Cars Hit Each Other Head-on
Brazil, S.B, 26 years old, died in an accident between cars last Sunday afternoon. The car he was in with his family was hit head-on by another car. It was raining at the time of the collision. The driver of the Hyundai Tucson got lost on the highway and went the wrong way, hitting the VW Fox head-on. Seconds after the crash, the 46-year-old driver of the car got out of the vehicle. There was a passenger with him, who suffered a broken ankle. S.B, his wife and their six-year-old daughter were in the Fox. The girl was the only one who survived without serious injuries, but she had a suspected broken leg. Her mother was taken to the hospital with polytrauma. |

Re: One Killed when Two Cars Hit Each Other Head-on
So, family-guy hydroplaned going too fast. That’s the actual cause of this accident. But wrong-way is to blame. LOL Putting the peoples law aside, this is one of those cases where fault can be put on either, or both, drivers. Wrong-way maintained control of his car, although he was going the wrong way, and he’s the cause? Legally, I know if he hadn’t been going the wrong way, he wouldn’t have been there to get hit, BUT family-guy was going too fast for conditions, and apparently lost control. Who’s truly to blame? |
