One Dead when a Dump Truck Hit 2 Motorcycles
Aftermath. Philippines, A man was killed while five others were hurt when two motorcycles collided head-on with a mini dump truck at 5 p.m. on Monday. Driver of the Suzuki motorcycle died on the spot while his passenger, a 21-year-old student suffered injuries. Three passengers of the opposing dump truck and the driver of the other motorcycle, a 17-year-old boy were also injured. According to a traffic investigator the dump truck was travelling out of town while the two motorcycles were heading downtown. The dump truck attempted to overtake another vehicle after an incoming car drove by but the driver of the ill-fated truck failed to notice the two motorcycles on the other lane. Both motorcycles smashed into the incoming truck and were thrown away towards a wall of an establishment along the road. The mini dump truck was carrying paint. |

That sucks.. my cousin tried to overtake 2 vehicles in 1 pass this summer in a truck but ran out of room and caused an on coming suv with 2 elderly people in it to head on 1 of the cars she was trying to overtake, both passengers of the suv did not make it and shes now facing some serious jail time for manslaughter x2, wreckless driving causing death and a few other hefty charges and 2 people lost their lives.. this was because her bf was mad at her for running late or some bs.. just thought I'd share the story because it's somewhat similar.. cell phone's while driving or speeding because you're late for something or someone just isn't worth it people, be safe out there
