In the United States you have the Right To Bear Arms. Also in the United States you have the Right To Travel. Unless these officers knew the individual or suspected him of committing a crime they immediately violated his Second, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments. Within seconds of initiating the traffic stop, before the second officer was even out of the car, the Police were aggressively violent in nature escalating the situation considering the fact that one cop reported they merely had stopped the car for being parked in the middle of the road without the vehicle hazards being used, in which we can clearly see they are stopped at a stop sign and eventually turn their right turn signal on. The Police didn't even know who the individual passenger was at the time, none the less of whether or not he had committed a crime to give them such jurisdiction over him to begin with. They only new he was "fidgeting". At that point in time he was not legally obligated to comply with unjust commands. Shortly there after they learned he was in position of a firearm. Should that be enough to warrant an execution by police, not knowing that the man was a felon at the time? He had at least an easy 1 minute and 37 seconds to shoot the Police if that was his goal but instead he tried to hide the firearm somewhere in the car? What, was he going to wait until The Police had two guns drawn on him, one at point plank range, to start shooting? And then the two cops got him on the ground with the gun beneath him and them and they still couldn't subdue him without killing him? That's the problem! If I can get ahold of even just their wrist I can subdue anyone instantly! So can law enforcement officers! They weren't "in fear" while they wrestled him out of the car and to the ground! At that point it was all about compliance. Just an FYI, human life to me is valueless so I don't care that this guy died. I don't care that he was killed at the hands of law enforcement. To me, that just means there is more room for me and mine! What bothers me, which should bother all Americans, is the allowance of US law enforcement to kill any citizen that they feel is threatening, especially when so many police nowadays are cowards with too many examples as proof! If only there were some situations throughout history that we could look at of what happens when governments give themselves and law enforcement too much power... Hmm?

In light of recents events, I think we are about to see a lot more body cam footage being released by the police. It's a shame when the police now feel that they have to defend themselves publically, every time they are just simply doing their job.

I mostly agree but the small percentage of cops that are dumbasses is why that happens. I.e. Daniel shaver incident.
