Negligence on the part of the hospital. If she died after being discharged, then she wasn't ready to be discharged.
She discharged herself. Hospital can’t do anything if the person wants to leave.

seems like a hurricane was waiting for her at the top of the stairs. or maybe it was a tornado or typhoon or cyclone. it was definitely one of those.




Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

An elderly woman, Paula T., who had reportedly just been celebrating her birthday, was walking up the steps leading up to her residence on a rainy day when she slipped and fell a considerable height down the steps.

She was taken to hospital, but feeling well, she discharged herself. However, shortly afterwards, her health deteriorated rapidly, and she ultimately died a couple hours after falling.
