Posturing isn’t restricted to cerebral hemorrhage. It looks like she’s having a heart attack, and the decreased amount of blood carrying oxygen to her brain is causing damage that results in posturing. So it’s the anoxia itself, not necessarily the mechanism that causes it.

RIP. I'm sure she was a lovely lady. I grew up with Vietnamese neighbors across the street, the mom was always so nice & bringing us homemade food all the time.
