Posadas, Misiones, Argentina

A 69-year-old wheelchair user, Facundo P.M., who was reportedly begging for alms in the area, was struck by a white Toyota with Paraguayan license plates. The driver did not stop and fled the scene, and Facundo died instantly.

Minutes after striking Facundo, the driver crossed the border into Paraguay. The driver has been identified by police, and an international arrest warrant is being requested.

Maybe he shouldn’t have been riding his wheelchair in the middle of the street and at night!

If he was in receipt of benefits I’d have that checked out. He moved a little too quickly for a cripple.
