Free Heath care Sucks ( Mainly for the poor ) but its not non - existent, you have a lot of govt owned hospitals doing free treatments.If you could afford better , you will get treated like getting a decent anywhere in the world.Unlike US ( Big assumption ), old people do stay with the family and get support and care in the family , and generally not sent to Old age homes .

This reminds me of a joke I was once told by a friend at university.

A young guy after noticing a homeless guy who was missing his left arm gave him some money and then dared to ask him:

-May I ask how you lost your left arm, sir?

-Sure, no problem, it happened on a day I was extremely drunk.

i think he wasn't under the wheels themselves but just the bits that stick out the sides so it threw him around but wasn't actually running him over....well until he stuck his legs in there.
