A man identified as Sergio D., 40, died after being shot at close range during an argument with his neighbour on Wednesday morning (25) in Lomas del Mirador, Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina.

According to authorities, the incident occurred during an argument over loud music during a residential party. A man, identified as Rafael H.M., 74, retired from the Argentine Federal Police (PFA), reportedly went to the Sergio's residence to complain about the loud music.

During the argument, the neighbour reportedly pulled out a revolver, threatened Sergio, and then fired a single shot at close range at the victim. Sergio was taken to a local hospital, but died a few minutes after arriving at the hospital.

If he was detained, these videos could be instrumental in keeping him out of jail.

While I question the wisdom of brandishing the weapon when he did, the wisdom of shoving someone who is brandishing said weapon is even more questionable.
