Ok dude you dealt with a 6 + hour old dead guy. Bill the bi guy here is still having movement in his testicles so he still has neurons firing. Without major trauma CPR can be successful up to 15 minutes after the heart has stopped. While the window of success starts to close rapidly after 7 minutes.
