what can one say about countries where citizens are treated like roadkill and the government is so corrupt that no one does anything and medical personnel smiles, thinking, this is routine. DR should open a franchise in Asia (I'm guessing this is Thailand or Philippines?) and motorists should watch these vids, might save a few lives.

Sucks.. Those countries dont condone the use of helmets, not that it would have helped that lady's situation any better..  |
